We were in Black Hills for the week of 4th of July, found this place online. Bought 20 lb brisket, some buffalo dogs and hands down the greatest beef jerky I’ve ever had. The 2yr old, 5, 6,and 9 year old in our group could not eat enough of the brisket. Compared to Phoenix Arizona prices it was cheap!

Excellent wide variety of poultry and meat and great service!  We have never been unhappy with the quality of the meat purchased.  Also like their specialty breads and spices!  You can’t go wrong shopping here — a bit pricey but not for premium cuts!

If you want to grill this is the place to go. We were visiting the area for work and cutting edge was recommended. They did not disappoint! Amazing meats (the 2″ cut premium rib eyes were STELLAR) but the star of the show were the hand made sausages! Biggest selection I have ever seen and the owner makes them all herself. The hickory smoked brats were insane.. do not leave without her recommendations…. can’t wait to visit next year. A Sturgis must!!!

Great meat place, go all the time. Buffalo summer sausage with cheddar cheese and jalapenos in it is the best.
