My bf and I bought ribeyes, beefsticks and cheese. Best steaks ever!! The steak melted in our mouths like butter. We will be coming back. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

This place has been our go to place for all-natural meats. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also, they give a 3% discount if you pay with cash.

Excellent quality meats

New to the shop. Lots of nicely marbled beef, pork, and chicken cuts. Also has a lot of flavors of gourmet brats that I can’t wait to try. Real nice and friendly staff who assisted me w/any cuts and or questions I had. Pricey, but if the meats are anything like I’ve had w/home raised beef, it’ll be well worth it. I haven’t tried/cooked the meats yet, but they look good and ready for a hot grill even in the winter.

Amazing Sausage! I’ve tried both bratwurst and pork and pineapple. Juicy and so much flavor for a decent price.

Best product in Rapid City. Locally owned and operated it doesn’t get better then that.

Cutting Edge Meat Market is a great little place to get select Prime cuts of meat. They try to buy mostly local product.The staff is very knowledgeable about different cuts of meat. If they do not have what you are looking for on the day that you’re looking for it they will inform you when the next time they will have it in.They also have little Specialties like seasonings. I like going and using them for special occasions.
